Well, what I’ve been through in my hiatus time ?

I’ve got… many !

Many new perspectives, new experiences, new things (‘things’ not only means stuffs yea…).. new friends… Oh, I’ve just got many… That actually really-really change me again. The changing… (sadly and proudly) not only in positive ways, but actually, negatives. But yea… that’s what people call LIFE, so I just live and breathe through it.

So what happen with me ?

Nothing happened with me (as you know, that I’m a skeptics fool), so even I’m in up-and-down situations… In the end, I still feel everything’s flat in my life…

The most shock thing that happen in my life is when I found that my close people had lie to me… (yea right…) I try to forgive, I try to forget. And I don’t want bitterness take over my life. I know it will be useless to think about it. So I always back to my *skeptics mode on* Hehehe…

And I found many new facts…

About ‘friendship’…’love’… and…. ‘sin’…

Awesome stories about life… But I don’t wanna share it. It’s private. Hehehe….

Iya, blog ini rasa-rasanya akan menjadi tempat katarsis saja. I won’t supply or provide things again. Maap-maap untuk yang cari free download stuffs… Kalo pun gw nemu free download, gw hanya akan direct link saja. Gw gak mungkin lagih untuk ‘kirim’ file… Why ? Cuz I’ve got new priorities… hehe. Yea, this ‘UpperRoom’ would be different (I guess), as the blogger going to change.

(Alright stop talk about me… Now back to talk about God… As you always like to talk ‘bout God, don’t you ?)

I’m in the dessert. And now I found the other side of… Him.

This is just a cumulative stories of my past… And now it shapes my present. And the decision is up to me, is it going to shape my future too… ? We’ll see.

I thank God that I know The Truth, now is my turn… Do I still wanna live in The Truth ?

Of course, my heart wants to live in The Truth… But reality bites… Hehe… When you fall, you’ll realize how wonderful and awesome God’s grace is.

So back to my *skeptics mode on*…

For everything good and bad in my life… I want to be ended in a good place…In God’s presence…

I’m a traffic madness girl… (I’m online human, what can I say…)

Tapi kayaknya untuk sementara gw gak akan mikirin traffic blog gw lagi (hihihi), I should think for other web’s traffic yg memang dari web tersebut gw gak dapat PPC ads (Pay-Per-Click), but I get PPM alias Pay-Per-Month… (hahaha)

So, just say goodbye for this blog (just for awhile… ’till……………..  -still have no idea-)

Absorb every knowledge that I can get…

Buat makhluk-makhluk TI, pecinta dunia internet… Manusia cyber Indonesia…Yang kerjaannya (dan juga mainannya) online mulu…Seharusnya tahu Cyber Building.

Begitu juga diriku, seharusnya diriku tahu Cyber Building hehehe… 

Tapi gw baru tahu ketika dapet kerjaan tuk transfer data ke ‘luar’ via Cyber Building. Pas masuk lobby Cyber Building, en gw liat nama-nama perusahaan yang ada wall list… Gw baru ngeh kalo itu nama-nama cool IT companies Indonesia. En gw baru tahu kalo ternyata gw harus ke ruang servernya APJII… ! 

Hehehe… 

Selama se-jam mentransfer data, berada di ruangan kulkas server APJII (hmm, masih lebih dingin ruang server kantor ternyata hehehe), pikiran gw yang ada tuh kok malah niat jahat ya… ? Gw berpikir ‘Kabel mana yang harus gw cabut biar ini semua mati ? En koneksi internet Indonesia terganggu selama sehari gara-gara gw…’ Hehehe.. 

But that’s such a cool moment… Entered Cyber Building and the server room of APJII… Untuk makhluk TI seperti gw yang punya huge interest with TI tapi skill TI masih se-tumit hehehe….

Wakakak… gila bener…

Buat you orang dah terbiasa dengan online biz, ngebet pengen punya adsense di blog, menghasilkan beribu dolar dari klik adsense oleh visitor blog, tapi masih belum menghasilkan apa-apa…. For the leader or employee in a faith-based or non-profit organization that sees impending change coming – but can’t convince anyone else – here are a few thoughts. Especially for those in the middle of generational change. Right now in America there are a number of major religious organizations in the middle of changing leadership from the first generation leader to the second. For those of you who see that coming, take heart with the following:

Here’s the situation: You see the future coming like a freight train, but your bosses, fellow employees, and/or perhaps parents are viewing the world with the same lens that has worked for the last 30 years. This tension between first generation leaders and 2nd generation leaders is typical. You may recall the mythic story of the founder of IBM. He believed he founded a typewriter company, so when his son wanted to start building computers, his dad fought him and completely stopped the effort. “By God, we’re a typewriter company - that’s what has made us millions,” he would say.

By the time the old man passed on and the son was able to take over, they were a decade behind their competitors, and that’s why IBM took so long to catch up. I’ve seen it over and over. It’s frustrating, but remarkably common, and it’s happened in a number of major churches and ministries like yours.

I believe the key is making change in small ways, and trying to position the ministry behind the scenes to be ready for the future. Along that line, while it’s not comprehensive, here’s a few things to consider:

Media:
– Make sure the website is 2.0, so it can handle video, social networking, communicate clearly with the partners, etc… The web is the best place to start and the spot where change will be critical.
– Encourage your younger producers and crew members. They have the energy and passion to make new things happen. Plus, they’re in touch with contemporary culture.
– Watch popular TV, films, and websites. See where the culture is going, and focus your ministry on the questions people are asking out there.

Leadership:
– Start investing in people. Do your best to encourage your staff and bring in really talented people. Make your leadership team part of the creative process and bring them into creative and marketing meetings. Give them a sense of ownership in the future of the organization.
– As the first generation leaders take more and more time off, start influencing in small places. Make an impact with different aspects of the ministry - your prison outreach, missions, etc… Start in places where they won’t notice.
– Start making decisions about the next generation family - who has the passion and drive to carry the ball and who doesn’t. Focus on who does, and help them grow as much as you can.
– Be aware of political players. Generally, when change starts happening, there are people who will be terrified of change. Change means that they’ll have to prove themselves, justify their job, and make an investment in the future. Those who have grown lazy will resent it, and try to block your efforts for change. I would keep my eye on them, and be careful that they don’t keep the really talented people on the team from blocking progress.
– Start now to build up the people around you. Jesus could have focused on the big crowds, but he invested his life into 12 people - and that small group changed the world. Who are the 12 people around you that have the potential to help you make an impact?

Donors and Fundraising:
– Learn everything you can about donor development and fundraising. Learn what the next generation is interested in, and how reaching them differs from reaching their parents.
– Seek out relationships with major donors. There are people out there who could easily catch your vision for ministry, and could help play a serious role in making that happen.
– Don’t forget the impact of design. The old, cheesy-style letters that the last generation sent to donors aren’t always working so well anymore. This generation loves good design, so make sure all your communications are contemporary.

Be a master of our situation, than be a victim of conditions.

Yeaaa… that’s only for survivor mentality people. And I absorb it day by day… Hehe.

Someone said to me to be grown up before the time. Dulu sih gak ngerti, cuex aja… Who cares ? Hehe…

Tapi sekarang gw ngerti…

And someone juga yang bilang begini ke gw :

Upgrade diri: we do it to ourselves, with our without parents. The only different thing is you need to do it faster by yourself. Don’t feel sorry about this, take it as a blessing in disguise.  [if you read this, you know who you are]

So I think my situation is a blessing ^_^

Meskipun kadang suka bingung juga, apa gw seseorang yang terlalu ngotot ? Ato seharusnya keep take it easy and just have fun ?

I dunno… I keep learning…

Huahh, what a life…

I’m not ready to be mature… (I think)

Nobody teach me to be mature. It’s a process by ourself. And enter my ‘twenties’… My desire to be ‘mature’ just gone…(lho ?). Believe me, in my teenage years I want to be mature. Tapi gak ngerti, kenapa sekarang kok ilang ya ? (hehe) 

Apa karena gw berpikir maturity is less laugh ? Everyone’s busy with their own problem… ? And you should’ve take care of yourself ? (ya iyalahhh yaaaaa…dari dulu juga diriku begitu – siapa juga yang ngurusin gw kalo bukan gw sendiri haha)

Not fun world…Less touch…

But it’s not meant that I’m still wanna be a kid. Everyone’s must going to be mature. It’s a sign that you grow. Apa yang diberi lebih, tanggung jawabnya juga lebih, and the reward juga lebih dunkzz…hehe.

It’s not about the burden as mature people. I do ready for that.

It’s not about ‘learn to be wise’ as mature people. I must ready for that.

It’s not about ‘learn to be strong’ as mature people. I must ready for that.

Even sometime, gw malu dengan anak-anak kecil jalanan yang gw liat di jalanan. I think they are that stronger people ! Gw rasa mereka gak nyadarin kalo sebenarnya keadaan mereka di bawah rata-rata orang. That’s why I never saw them cry on the street… (sepanjang yang gw inget) They just having fun with their life on the street… Showing their ‘muka kasian pak…’ Abiz minta-minta, ketawa ngikik lagi…Hoho. Yea, I think they’re stronger kids…(without the knowledge about what are they suppose to be) 

Back to maturity…Maybe for me…it’s about….

Maturity means alone. Because people around you see you as mature people… Mature people don’t need guidance. Mature people can do everything by themselves. Mature people don’t need to find good quality friendship. Cause it’s not the time for looking friend anymore, but it’s time for looking a mate…So you both can get older together… And die together like Romeo and Juliet…(haha *satire mode on*) 

Am I correct ?

I analyze my own problem with writing. That’s the question that I need to answer by myself.

Cengir-cengir kuda aje deh gw…. Hahaha.

Gile ye, pada lupa ma umur gw kali… Masih 21 juga… 

Palagi waktu big fam meeting baru-baru ini, gw ketemu dengan sodarikyu (yg kalo dalam keluarga tuh sebenarnya dia ponakan gw!) yang juga temen main masa kecilku… Sama-sama ingusan bareng, sama-sama lari bareng, sama-sama main petak umpet bareng, sama-sama ngerjain sodari gw yang lain… En sekarang dia udah married… ! Hahaha… I felt like I’m still a kid. Dan semua orang di sekitar gw changing and older… 

Back to big fam…

Sebelum pulang mereka kasih komentar, en komentar mereka, “Cari yang bagus ya, Tam…” 

Errgghhh…..

Yeaaa rightttt, definetly Macbook adalah Notebook paling bagusssss….

Dan gw lagi jatuh cinta ama Linux OS yang namanya Ubuntu…

Pas banget dengan Personal Branding ini… So setelah gw kirim balik ke temen gw yang ngirim ini, gw kirim lagi ke temen-temen gw yang lain… (hehehe)

En gw siap dengan jawaban-jawaban gila nan error dari temen-temen gw… (hihihi)

Mereka adalah teman-teman yang sangat baik… karena sempet2nya balas sms gw yang gak penting itu…

Mereka sedang ada pulsa…makanya bisa balas sms gw yang gak penting itu…

Jawaban mereka adalah salah satu jawaban dari begitu banyak opini yang bisa dijawab… Dan kebanyakan dari mereka menjawab dengan jawaban positif. Coba kalo diminta 10 kata ? Kemungkinan tidak semuanya positif hehe… *inferior mode on*

Many controversial conversations that happened in this blog. So sorry klo gak nge-blessing and useful… Tapi gw rasa dari first post sampai yg sekarang udah mengalami perubahan.

In the end…  I think between myself and my blog is un-parallel. I speak a lot at my blog. Dunno in my real life… I know that blog is our place for ‘katarsis’ and ‘narsiss’… So this cyberworld definetly an exciting world. Spread out what’s in your head and don’t care what people judge… (errghhh, make an opinion). Very cool world…
